Just dropping in here real quick today! Forgive me for my lack of blog posts lately. If I have the time available, I'll try and back this one with something with more content. But in either case, bear with me.
I just wanted to introduce a new page that I'll be featuring on this blog... momentarily! As the title implies, I'm talking about idea spotlights!
You guys should be familiar with this thing I'm sure. The Idea Box, which was introduced in the v1.3 update. I love the thing to bits, but it is lacking in some details. And what I'm referring to is just how easy it is for good ideas to be buried by new submissions. The problem here is that it only lists the most recent ten, and when you're up against a site of 40,000+ users, things get washed out real quick, and the option to view all submitted ideas is not yet available, and it may or may not be in the near future. So! My remedy to this little issue is to list the best ideas I've (and others) have seen on the idea box!
Doesn't matter if its your own idea, your best friend's, your mate's, or some complete stranger's (everythings anonymous afterall). PM me (Undwing) at Wolf-Haven, comment, or post in the CBox to your right if you have any you'd like listed. All you have to do is send me a screenshot.
Oh and... given I've already written this much, why stop now? Some funky things have been going on, and I feel like it'd be fun to shine the spotlight on them. Anyone notice Tinypic has gone insane? Take the Top 10 Packs page for an example!
This, is why I refuse to use Tinypic. Puush and Imgur all the way.
But hey, I do have some more blog-related news to throw at you guys. As of a few days ago, HB acquired its first affiliate!
While I admit, this place's already got more traffic than my little corner of Blogspot, I highly suggest you check it out. Indefinite Certainty is a Wolf-Haven blog created by your own Sheri, Wolf-Haven administrator! Well, IC has five authors actually: Sheri, Akakios, Hylothe, Sawni, and Sergeant- all of which can be found on Wolf-Haven.
Honestly, I'd highly suggest checking it out. Sheri's hosted kiribans in the past (an idea I wouldn't mind stealing), and I'm sure there's more coming, so it's more than worth it to keep an eye out.

Oh ho ho! |D
